I posed a question on social media asking my followers what they dislike most about common fitness centers.
It did not take long to get a handful of opinionated responses. Grievances like, "The fitness center part of it." Or, "No one cleans the machine I want to use next." Mentions of, "overcrowded," and "bent bars, muscle dudes who have people taking their pictures all day, girls going there just to get attention... I could go on."
Most people who have been to fitness centers could go on with grievances; yet every New Year's people join big box gyms with the hallow optimism that only makes their wallet thinner, not their waistline. It's always a good thing that people are at least making efforts, but they are joining a place that leaves them on their own, no support.
Studies have shown that merely having someone watch a person workout psychologically pushes the trainee to perform harder. Understandably, simply having a boss watch their workers pushes the workers to perform harder.
This is one of the examples as to why small person training studios can be superior to big shiny gyms. If measurable results are not a person's objective of going to the gym, then they must really have an empty life.
The fitness studio's business model is based on achieving results for the clients, not getting memberships for people who hardly ever show up.
Swift Fitness is the ideal studio for reaching fitness goals because their objective is to train bodies and give them the proper dosage of exercise, not be a playground where affected manchilds and yoga barbies stare at themselves in the mirror.
You don't have to put up with old naked men in the locker room or the smell of sweat from raggy tank top wearing bros. You get the proper amount of exercise on the best tools for the job: Adaptive Resistance Exercise.
Safe, Effective and Efficient.
