Our Sessions are by appointment which can be scheduled by calling or by using our MindBody app. Walk-ins are also available, but with no guarantee of availability. Sessions take 10-20 minutes of workout time and total in 30 minutes including in-between time. We know that your time is as precious as your muscles. That's the beauty of Swift Fitness.
